True to his spoken word, Wellander David Boone has written his second book, “Sunnyside to Sunnyside.”

The 90-year-old said there would be one when interviewed in 2017 about the release of his first, “Growing Up Sunnyside.”

The first covered a 23-year period in his life, from when he was born in 1935 to 1958 when he married. Boone said it was written in “dribs and drabs” over 11 years starting in 2004.

The second book is about life and adventures with his late wife, Anne, after they left Sunnyside for Australia and then returned, roughly from 1958 to 1966. Sunnyside, a poor neighbourhood in the town of Hitchen, about 50 kilometres north of London, England, remains close to his heart.
