Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) RCB had ended their long-wait for a Indian Premier League (IPL) title when they beat Punjab Kings in the final this year en route to breaking the jinx.

But, a day after the final in Ahmedabad, a stampede happened outside their home ground in Bengaluru which left 11 people dead as lakhs surged to celebrate the victory.

But as per reports, ending the 17-year-old title drought had reportedly propelled the Bengaluru-based franchise valuation to $269 million.

RCB dethroned Chennai Super Kings from the top spot, as per reports released in July.
