When visitors step into the Canadian Wine Library at Brock University, they are met with the sensation of walking into both a museum and a modern research hub.

Behind its elegant cellar doors lies not only thousands of bottles of Canada’s finest wines but also a mission: to showcase, preserve and prove the age-worthiness of Ontario and Canadian vintages.

This initiative, announced during the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration (I4C) in July, is housed at Brock’s Inniskillin Hall within the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI).

A blend of history and innovation
