CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The federal government is facing a shutdown Tuesday, not the Cleveland Guardians, garnering an historic comeback winning the AL Central Division to host starting today, Tuesday, the best of 3 AL Wild Card series against the Detroit Tigers at Progressive Field.

The Guardians progressed from a 15 1/2 game deficit back on July 8th to win both a postseason place and the division. It marked the biggest comeback in American League History.

Guardians regular season final game win played like a movie script too. In the 10th inning, Brayan Rocchio’s three run walk-off homer beat the Texas Rangers 4-3 at Progressive Field.

Time for the Guards to take out the Tigers to make up for the Browns loss to the Lions and warm up for CAVS vs. Pistons. GO GUARDS !!!
