One of the highlights of the Indian domestic cricket calendar, the Irani Cup, is set for its 63rd iteration. The annual first-class match puts the champions of India’s premier first-class competition, the Ranji Trophy, against a Rest of India side picked by the senior national selection committee. At the latest edition of the Irani Cup, 2024-25 Ranji Trophy winners Vidarbha will be taking on the Rest of India in Nagpur for an intense five-day clash starting Wednesday, October 1.
