Ruben Amorim's Manchester United future is still hanging in the balance with his position 'not absolutely safe' following a miserable start to the season.

Pressure is starting to build once again on Amorim after United slumped to a 3-1 defeat at Brentford on Saturday. The Reds were beaten as Igor Thiago scored a first-half brace and substitute Mathias Jensen netted in stoppage time to earn the home side the win at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Defeat for the Reds leaves them down in 14th in the Premier League table with just seven points from their opening six matches. They have won just twice this season, with both coming at home against Burnley and Chelsea .
