AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Georgia Supreme Court on Tuesday turned down the appeal of a convict in the March 2020 murder of an Augusta father as he left work at the Popeye’s in Daniel Village.

Victim Donnell Graham, 27, died at a hospital from his injuries.

31-year-old man charged with sexual battery, obstruction

Richmond County deputies have arrested a 31-year-old man after a sexual battery incident on Sunday.

Kendrick Green – one of three suspects – was convicted of felony murder and possession of a firearm and acquitted of malice murder.

The trial judge sentenced Green to life without parole for felony murder and a consecutive five-year prison term for possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
