LAKEWOOD, Ohio – After two and a half years in business, Pachamama Kitchen and Garden in Lakewood announced that it is closing. The final dinner service will be Saturday, Oct. 11.

Owner Rosario Galaz shared her heartfelt announcement on Instagram this week:
