A firing has taken place at a Tim Hortons in Prince Edward County, following an alleged payment offer for permanent residency.
Last week, a social media post was made by a county couple.
The post claims a manager of the Wellington Tim Hortons contacted their niece, a 17-year-old Timmies employee over Snap Chat.
She (the manager) asked the employee if she would date her (the manager’s) brother, who was 25.
The proposition claimed if the teen helped him get permanent residency, she would be paid $15,000-$20,000.

The teen is said to have spoken to a co-worker and she eventually talked to her family about the interaction.
