After helping thousands of Niagara families access the services they need during the past quarter-century, Contact Niagara executive director Nadine Wallace is looking forward to leading the service’s continued growth in years to come.
But the need for the services Contact Niagara and its partner agencies provide is increasing, as the community continues to grow, she said.
The organization celebrated its 25th anniversary on Friday, inviting its numerous clients and community partners to Heartland Forest in Niagara Falls for a barbecue followed by its annual general meeting.
Contact Niagara began in late 1999 and began serving the community a year later, working quietly behind the scenes to provide a central organization to co-ordinate services in the community.
