Three people killed in separate homicides across New Orleans over the weekend were named by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office Tuesday.

The coroner's office also officially identified Eliot Brown , a beloved 47-year-old artist and carpenter who was killed in a Bayou St. John shooting Saturday, and Jessica Williams, a 33-year-old Chicago tourist killed in a quadruple shooting on Bourbon Street early Sunday morning .

New Orleans East shooting

Oscar Hernandez Garcia, 40, was one of two people hit in a Thursday evening shooting in the 9600 block of Old Gentilly Road.

New Orleans Police Department officers were called at 6:12 p.m. to the scene, where they said Garcia was pronounced dead. The other victim was taken to a local hospital.
