Viewer Question: Is the Burlington store in DeWitt closed for good?

The Burlington on Erie Blvd E., next to the Michaels and Dick's Sporting Goods, has been closed for weeks.

A peek inside the store shows it has been practically cleared out, with several cargo shipping containers in the parking lot.

But don't worry, this store is not going away for good.

According to a Burlington spokesperson, a water pipe broke.

It's not clear how extensive the damage is or how much merchandise was ruined, but the store is being remodeled as a result of the break.

The spokesperson said they're hoping to have the store open in 2026.
