GALVESTON, Texas — When MSC Seascape begins sailing from Galveston this November, guests will be treated to a new lineup of Texas-inspired food and drinks alongside the ship’s popular international favorites.

The ship will launch 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries every Sunday starting Nov. 9, with menus designed to highlight the flavors of Texas, the Gulf Coast, and the Southern U.S.

What’s on the menu

Guests can expect everything from Texas-style prime rib and brisket to Cajun-spiced pork loin, buttermilk pie, and spicy margaritas. Breakfast additions include huevos rancheros, chicken and waffles, and barbacoa tacos.

In the Main Dining Room, menus will rotate through themes like:
