WARREN A sentencing hearing originally set for Tuesday for a Brookfield man who pleaded guilty to charges related to child pornography has been delayed.

Nathaniel Thompson, 20, was originally set to be sentenced by Judge Sarah Kovoor Tuesday, September 30. However, a court employee tells 21 News that sentencing hearing has been moved to October 28.

This is the third time Thompson's sentencing has been delayed. Previous hearings had been set for September 2 and 9 before the one set for Tuesday.

Thompson was convicted of two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, which are second-degree felonies. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.
