GRAND FORKS — New player jerseys are already selling at Ralph Engelstad Arena.

The Sioux Shop has pre-produced jerseys for several players, including highly touted rookies Cole Reschny, Keaton Verhoeff and Will Zellers.

Reschny, a forward, is a first-round pick of the Calgary Flames.

Zellers, a forward, won the United States Hockey League's Player of the Year honor last season and is a third-round pick.

Verhoeff, a defenseman, is projected to go in the first round of the 2026 NHL Draft.

The NCAA recently began allowing athletes to earn money from Name, Image and Likeness deals, which opened the door for retailers to sell active player merchandise. The players receive a cut of the sales.
