The majority of Inland high school football teams begin league play this week, and there will be some exciting championship races in the coming weeks.
Here are my championship predictions for all 24 of the 11-player football leagues that include at least one Inland team.
Baseline: Damien won the league championship in unbeaten fashion last year. The Spartans biggest test in their quest to repeat could be at the start of league play when they play host to Rancho Cucamonga on Friday. Damien pulls out the win at home, beats Chino Hills later in the season, and goes on to win another title.
