MADISON COUNTY, Iowa —

Iowa authorities have identified a 25-year-old man who died in a crash Monday afternoon in Madison County.

According to a crash report, Nicholas James Henry, of Truro, was traveling southbound in the 4400 block of SW Grand Prairie Parkway when he lost control and crashed. Henry, who authorities say wasn't wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the Mini Cooper, which rolled several times.

The Iowa State Patrol crash report says Henry was traveling at a high rate of speed before the crash, according to witnesses.
