INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo placed the blame squarely on himself for the worst coaching mistake of Sunday’s 27-20 loss to the Rams , a game that turned on an 88-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Tutu Atwell.

Indianapolis had only 10 men on the field on the play.

A defensive back was missing, and although Indianapolis head coach Shane Steichen tried to take the blame on Monday, Anarumo wasn’t about to let that happen.
