Clintondale High School’s Aleya Potts is an eleventh-grader who already has a pretty good idea of the career path she wants to take.
Tuesday’s Manufacturing Day Week at Ethel’s Baking Company confirmed it.
“I love to bake and I love cooking,” said Potts, who was one of seventeen students from Clintondale’s culinary school who were given a tour of the manufacturer in Shelby Township.
“This gives me an idea of what this job might be like,” she said, while working to fill containers on an assembly line with some of the dessert bars created at Ethel’s.
