SAGINAW, MI — Saginaw City Hall officials are asking residents to help shape the future of local parks and recreational facilities through an online survey and an upcoming public meeting as officials update the city’s Parks and Recreation Plan.

Residents can complete the online Parks and Recreation Survey through Friday, Oct. 3, on the city’s website. Additionally, a Parks and Recreation Visioning Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Andersen Enrichment Center, 120 S. Ezra Rust Drive in Saginaw.

The updated plan will serve as a roadmap to guide city decision-making for parks, facilities, and recreational programs through 2030, planners said.
