Lenoir Community College and East Carolina University officials have signed a new bilateral transfer agreement to strengthen the commitment to student success and workforce development.

LCC and ECU officials signed the agreement during a ceremony held on Sept. 24, at the ECU Science and Technology building, said Megan Wade, LCC marketing and communications director.
