Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton threatened to take action against YouTube on Tuesday if the video platform removes Univision from its base streaming plan in a move that would effectively charge YouTube TV subscribers $15 extra per month for access to the Spanish-language programming.

YouTube is set to make the change on Tuesday, affecting more than 10 million subscribers who listen to Univision, Telemundo, and NBCUniversal.
