LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Two Lincoln men, convicted by a federal jury on gun charges, were sentenced on Thursday.

On April 24, a federal jury in Lincoln returned guilty verdicts against 51-year-old Olen Warner aka Dan Warner and 36-year-old Ernesto Leyva.

Warner was convicted for one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and fentanyl analogue and one count of distribution of a mixture or substance containing any fentanyl analogue and a mixture of substance containing fentanyl.

Leyva was convicted for one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, fentanyl analogue, and heroin.

A U.S. district judge sentenced Warner to 30 years behind bars and Leyva to 25 years behind bars. There is no parole in the federal system. After their release, they will be
