STODDARD COUNTY, Mo. (WSIL) -- The Stoddard County Prosecuting Attorney has charged Brett Michael Mattison with multiple serious offenses, including rape, sodomy, molestation, sexual abuse, sexual misconduct involving a child, and incest.

Prosecuting Attorney Sawyer Smith filed the charges in two separate cases on September 29 and September 30, 2025. The cases involve allegations of sexual offenses against two children under the age of 12, with incidents reportedly occurring in 2019 and 2025.

Judge LeAnn Below issued a warrant for Mattison's arrest, with no bond set.

According to online court records, in connection to the September 29 case filed, Mattison faces charges of one count of Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy 1st Degree, Child Molestation 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Incest
