New Delhi, Sep 30: At least ten people were killed and several others injured when a powerful car bomb ripped through Quetta on Tuesday, outside the Frontier Constabulary (FC) headquarters, The Times of India reported, citing Dawn newspaper. “The blast occurred as an explosive-laden vehicle took a turn from Model Town towards Hali Road, near the FC headquarters,” said Muhammad Baloch, SSP special operations Quetta.

The explosion, heard miles away, sent ambulances rushing to the scene to ferry the wounded to nearby hospitals.
