A commercial real estate agent and strata company owner, previously ordered to pay millions in the Federal Court, has been the subject of an Access Canberra investigation into allegations of bullying and harassment.

Francesco Anthony Morella, the director of Canberra Commercial and Canberra Strata, along with other ACT companies, was ordered to pay more than $3 million earlier this year by the Federal Court to a company he placed into liquidation the day after purchasing. He has now wound up several of his companies , with a combined deficit of about $6.3 million.

Mr Morella continues to manage a number of major apartment complexes across the territory through Canberra Strata.
