The Browns made two big moves involving members of their 2023 draft class Sept. 30.

Wide receiver Cedric Tillman was placed on injured reserve due to the hamstring injury he sustained in the Week 4 loss at the Detroit Lions . They also waived cornerback Cameron Mitchell, who had not played since Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens .

The Browns made two corresponding moves to add to the active roster, signing practice squad wide receivers Gage Larvadain and Malachi Corley. They also signed cornerback Ameer Speed to the practice squad.

Tillman appeared in the first four games and recorded 11 receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns. It's the latest injury issue for the third-round pick out of Tennessee, after missing the final six games in 2024 with a concussion.
