One of the White Out’s biggest X-factors would be how well first-year Oregon starting quarterback Dante Moore could handle the Beaver Stadium crowd.

In defeating Penn State 30-24 in double overtime, Moore was excellent. And it earned him the Big Ten’s Co-Offensive Player of the Week award alongside Illinois’ Luke Altmyer.

“I thought he played extremely well during the game, and watching the tape, I think he played really well,” James Franklin said this week of Moore.
