Craig Bellamy has revealed his frustration over the leaked news in his attempts to get Mikey Moore to turn out for Wales. ‌

News broke last week that the Welsh national team had held talks with the Rangers l oanee about switching international allegiance from England. ‌

The highly-rated Tottenham starlet, 18, is plying his trade under Russell Martin at Ibrox this season and has represented England Under-19s but qualifies for Wales through a grandparent. ‌

Boss Bellamy is believed to have spoken to the talented teen - but news of that being aired has irked the former Celtic striker.

He admits it does him 'no favours' and confessed work goes on behind the scenes to look at 'every player that is available'.

He said: "We look at every player that's available.
