Earlier today (September 30), Nicole Kidman filed for divorce from Keith Urban and now, the legal documents have been revealed.

Within, there is a custody agreement that has already been worked out between them as they have two children together: Sunday Rose , 17, and Faith Margaret , 14. Neither will be paying child or spousal support. Nicole will apparently spend 306 days with their kids while Keith will have them for 59 days. The plan even has the children’s holidays all broken down. While they are not opting for child support, in the child support section of the documents, they both listed their income as “in excess” of $100,000 per month.

And, according to the documents…all these plans have been in motion for several weeks.
