Chicago Med is returning on Wednesday (October 1), but not everyone is coming back.

The fan-favorite One Chicago TV show, which premiered in 2015, returns with Season 11 at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesdays this fall on NBC .

The long-running show follows the doctors and nurses of the fictional Gaffney Chicago Medical Center’s emergency department as they treat patients and deal with the pressures of their job.
