Charles Daley Park in Lincoln will be home to 70 vendors, live music and more this weekend.

The fifth-annual SIP Niagara festival returns to the lakefront park from noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

“SIP Niagara is a drink festival,” said Jeremy Parsons, who is a co-owner of the Burlington-based beverage and event management company that is organizing the age 19-plus event. “It features local beverages and food as well as global flavours.”

For people who enjoy sipping a Caesar, numerous options will be available.

“The world’s largest Caesar bar is back again with 211 unique gourmet ingredients,” Parsons said.

The event began five years ago with about 1,600 people on a cold December weekend at the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre.
