WASHINGTON — President Trump indicated Tuesday that Harvard University has reached a deal with his administration to reverse the loss of $2.4 billion in federal grants .
“I guess we reached a deal with Harvard today,” Trump said at an unrelated Oval Office event.
“All you have to do is paper it, right Linda?” Trump asked Education Secretary Linda McMahon, who concurred.
