Disgraced former U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins, who resigned amid an ethics scandal revealed during a federal investigation, has agreed to a public reprimand for misconduct by the state bar board that oversees her law license, records show.
Records from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers provided to the Herald Tuesday by Rollins’ attorney show that Rollins admitted to improperly disclosing sensitive Department of Justice information to a Herald reporter about a possible investigation into the Suffolk District Attorney while he was running for election.
