(NewsNation) — “Fast and Furious” actor Tyrese has rehomed his dogs after an arrest warrant was issued after the dogs were accused of mauling a neighbor’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, according to People Magazine.

Gibson’s lawyer, Gabe Banks, told People Magazine in a statement, “Mr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home.”

Banks added, “Upon learning of this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to rehome his dogs to a safe and loving environment.”
