The OKC Thunder announced Tuesday that Kenrich Williams will be re-evaluated in 6-8 weeks after he underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his left knee.

Williams averaged 6.3 points and 3.5 rebounds in 69 games with OKC last season. The 6-7 forward shot 48.3% from the field and 38.6% from deep.

OKC will begin preseason play Sunday with a game against the Charlotte Hornets in Charleston, South Carolina. That'll mark the first of six preseason games.

OKC will then tip off the regular season with a home game against the Houston Rockets on Oct. 21. Based on the latest update, Williams will be re-evaluated sometime between Nov. 11-25.
