Lola Young is putting herself first.

Three days after collapsing onstage during a performance in New York, the “Messy” singer announced she would be taking an indefinite hiatus from the stage.

“I'm going away for a while,” she wrote in a post on Instagram Sept. 30. “It pains me to say I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future.”

Lola, 24, thanked fans for their “love and support” and assured them that they would receive refunds for the canceled dates, adding that her decision to step away from the spotlight “hurts me more than you know.”

“I really hope you'll give me a second chance,” she said in closing, “once I've had some time to work on myself and come back stronger.”
