Alabama football finally has a laurel but there’s no time to rest. An undefeated ranked opponent is coming to Tuscaloosa this week.

The Crimson Tide knows all too well what happens when it doesn’t handle success well. All it has to do is look to the way it responded after a big win over Georgia a season ago .

This week, Alabama is fresh off a victory over then-No. 5 Georgia .

“I’m not satisfied by that win,” defender LT Overton said Tuesday. “I’m not satisfied until we have a national championship under our belt.”

Alabama can’t win one of those this week, but it can add another ranked victory to the resume. Revenge is also on the table, but that can’t be the only motivation.
