WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Aerospace company KIHOMAC is putting the finishing touches on its new facility in Warner Robins, marking a key milestone in a $7 million Air Force contract aimed at boosting local manufacturing and jobs.
Construction on the 130,000-square-foot complex is expected to wrap up next month, city officials and company leaders said.
The facility is designed to support Robins Air Force Base, a major economic engine for Middle Georgia, which contributed nearly $3.85 billion to the state’s economy in 2023, a 7.5% increase from the previous year.
Inside the building, floors are finished and walls are painted, ready for engineers and technicians to move in.
