I was excited and nervous. The 12s are legendary for their energy and volume. I was curious how the deaf experience would go.

What was your overall experience like?

Amazing!I arrived and got lost immediately. I asked a greeter for directions—she signed! Her parents are Deaf. Then I explored Ben's Room, a sensory-friendly space for autistic kiddos to take a break during the game. It's right by Guest Services. It is thoughtful, beautiful. I met Deaf season ticket holders who knew far more than I do about the game. I signed with linebacker Boye Mafe, who learned ASL to honor his late mother. Quiet power.
