Toronto police have a special ride waiting for the Blue Jays if they win the World Series.

After clinching their first American League East Division title in 10 years , Blue Jays outfielder George Springer said he’s looking to ride in style.

In a post game interview , Springer said he wants to celebrate by riding a policeman’s horse up and down Bremner Boulevard, swinging a shirt in the air topless.

“Tarp off, police horses ready, here we f—ing go,” said Springer.

In response, Toronto Police Service’s mounted division said Monday evening it has a special friend waiting for him: Blue Jay the horse .

Blue Jay is a light brown male Clydesdale. He’s been a fan favourite even since being donated by the Paul Beeston family when he was general manager of the Jays in 2015 .
