SRINAGAR, Sept 30: The Sewa Parv campaign was formally launched in Jammu & Kashmir on 17th September 2025 by the Chief Secretary, with Digi Vans flagged off by the Secretary, Information Technology Department. The initiative seeks to deepen citizen engagement and ensure last-mile delivery of digital services across the UT.

As part of the campaign, Common Service Centres (CSCs) have undertaken extensive awareness drives, community workshops, and outreach programmes at grassroots level. Between 17th and 30th September 2025, a total of 9,166 awareness programmes were organized across J&K, benefitting more than 1.37 lakh citizens. These included 8,786 VLE Point/Touch Point programmes, 30 Digi Van campaigns in remote and far-flung areas, 269 ASK-BSK campaigns for citiz
