A Harrisburg man who says he was partially blinded in one eye by a medical mixup at Cumberland County Prison is suing the county and its medical provider, asking for more than $1 million for his permanent pain and vision loss.

Jason Robles, 44, of Harrisburg, says medical staff at Cumberland County Prison used wart remover on his eye after he was pepper sprayed following a prison fight last April.
