Peacemaker Season 2 may only be the third release since the DCU kicked off, but already, its interconnected universe is taking shape. With Rick Flag Sr. ( Frank Grillo ) connecting the series directly to Creature Commandos and references to Superman ranging from the appearance of the Justice Gang to the dimensional energy that makes up so much of the conflict, there is no denying that these stories all exist in the same world. However, Season 2, Episode 6, "Ignorance Is Chris," provides the biggest crossover yet. While the main cast visits a parallel world to convince Chris ( John Cena ) to return home, Flag finds an unlikely ally in Lex Luthor (Nicholas Hoult).
