KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office has the record for the most cases submitted in one month, from a single agency, to Othram.
FOX4 has recently shared funding for the use of Forensic Genetic Genealogy, has been a tall ask, but proven to be fruitful.
Dr. Lindsay Haldiman, the Jackson County Chief Medical Examiner, helps determine cause and manner of death for Jackson County cases. “Accidents, suicides, homicides, as well as natural deaths, where there is no known medical history or there is no doctor willing to sign the death certificate,” Dr. Haldiman said.
