Siegel had kidney stones removed at Banner Baywood Medical Center and according to his insurance company, he would only have to pay $165 out of pocket for the procedure, which he did. But the hospital kept sending Ross a bill for $3,051.81 and insisted that he pay it.
So, On Your Side got involved and after Gary Harper sent Banner Baywood all of Ross’ insurance information and other documents, the hospital realized Siegel didn’t owe anything and agreed to stop hounding him .
