ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

Homes for sale in New Mexico are ranked seventh in the nation for the longest duration on the market, according to a study from Flipsnack using data from Realtor.com. Many homes in Albuquerque have been on the market for over 100 days, with prices exceeding $300,000.

The study found that Hawaii has the longest average time a home stays on the market at over 77 days, while Rhode Island homes sell the quickest, averaging about 35 days. In New Mexico, the average is 66 days, up from 61 days two years ago.
