Cardinal O’Hara’s Alaina Carson turned in one of the best rounds of the day, taking home the girls’ individual crown at the Catholic League golf championships Tuesday at Jeffersonville Golf Club.
Carson carded a five-over 75, the third-lowest score in the field regardless of gender, edging Adriana Seraveli of Nazareth Academy (77) for top honors.
On the boys’ side, Devon Prep’s Chris Pullano fired a 71 to claim top honors, followed by St. Joseph’s Prep’s John Diamond at 73. Carson’s round also matched La Salle’s Ethan Starkey on the leaderboard.
