BRAINERD — Lilly DeRosier scored two goals for the Brainerd Warriors as they defeated the Moorhead Spuds 4-2 in a Section 8-3A match Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Brainerd’s Maddie Maurer scored a goal on a penalty kick and Gracie Jackovich added a goal on a free kick. Ellen Germundson tallied an assist for the Warriors and Chloe Patrick stopped nine of the 11 shots she faced.

Brainerd improves to 3-3 against section opponents and 10-4 overall.
