Zach Bryan has made history.

The country music star set a new record for the largest ticketed concert audience when he performed for 112,408 fans at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on Saturday night, Sept. 27, Variety reported citing AEG Presents.

Bryan was also the first artist ever to play the stadium, which is the largest in the U.S. and the third-largest in the world, according to TODAY .

“Last show of the year at Michigan stadium this week,” Bryan wrote in an Instagram post ahead of the record-breaking show.

“Been the worst and best few years of my life. So ready for the chapter to end,” he wrote. “Gotta go make music fun to myself again so excited to see everyone there, I love everyone that’s been here this whole time so much and I’m gonna try to give it my all justa’ one
